It is so encouraging to see a generous and versatile space opening up in Chichester, committed to meeting so many needs of vulnerable people in our city. The lead partner, Revelation Family Church, has a great track record of very varied pioneering work among the marginalised, and I have no doubt this facility will extend their offering of support to greater numbers. I am delighted to endorse it.

We have been based in Chichester for twenty years and were keen to find a way to contribute to the community. Our introduction to Dan Slatter and Revelation Family Church has offered us an opportunity to do this. We have learnt and recognise that they offer assistance in so many different ways to several diverse but equally vulnerable groups and individuals in our city. We are delighted that we can work with them on this project and assist their efforts through provision of this building. We have every belief it will become a vital asset to the local community, providing charities and groups with a modern and welcoming hub from which to run their activities and offer support and assistance to those in need.

The Bell Tower is the only daily after school youth drop-in centre in Chichester. In 2019, our work received national recognition, the prestigious Queen's Award for Voluntary Service. This has enabled us to begin to increase our operations and resources, with new growth opportunities for our charity to work with greater numbers of young people in the Chichester area. We are therefore looking for a new, well situated and suitable premises in which to operate different aspects of our growing work, as there is no room for growth within the Bell Tower site. Having seen 104, we feel it is a perfect building for us to use as a base for some of our new youth activities and mentoring initiatives, as well as office space for administration.

We booked One O Four for a charity 20th year anniversary event. We found the Green Room a warm and easy space for guests to be welcomed into - perfect for networking and mingling with the useful hatch service area for providing nibbles and drinks. We found the main hall to be spacious and calming with comfortable chairs, great adjustable lighting and a useful staging area for our keynote speakers. The overall AV and sound provision was fantastic and the venue team were so helpful with supporting us in using the tech, they were also flexible in allowing us to move and position furniture to best suit our requirements. We even made use of the chalk boards on the feature wall! Finally the styling of this venue is professional and high quality whilst retaining a warm and welcoming feel. I would highly recommended this space for any community or corporate events. We will be coming back again!

Such a fantastic venue! Everything has been thought about to make it as flexible and easy to use as possible, all high quality finishes, with all the digital tech you could want, as well as being very environmentally friendly. Love the green wall with real plants! We used several spaces in the building for events over the last week, all top-notch. The ops team are super helpful too. Many thanks!

Brilliant venue, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Using it regularly for meetings with young people; it feels really welcoming and the smaller rooms offer privacy for difficult conversations. Staff are fantastic, always super helpful. Feel very fortunate to be able to access such a wonderful space in the centre of Chichester.

We used the 104 venue for a 5-day immersive exhibition to mark Refugee Week 2021. It was such a wonderful space, beautifully laid out and welcoming. The facilities were fantastic from the kitchen to the digital tech, lighting, wifi and full wall blackboard. The team at Revelation Family Church were incredibly helpful and made the event very special for everyone that attended. Highly recommended for community events.

We booked One-O-Four as a venue for our First Aid at Work course and they could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we first booked the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On the day the facilities looked fantastic, were well equipped and very clean. They helped us stay safe and covid compliant throughout our time in the venue, ensuring that we used an appropriate sized space and providing sanitizer and wipes. Thank you for having us - we will be back!
